The Go With Your Flow Pads are topped in Cotton Lycra and backed with waterproof Softshell Fleece.

These pads are handmade by a an amazing lady based in Canberra, Australia.

These Pads come in three sizes light, moderate and heavy.

• The 8" light pads have a layer of 400gsm Bamboo french terry
• The 10"  moderate pads have 2 layers of 400gsm bamboo french terry
• The 12" heavy pads have a combination of two layers of 400gsm bamboo french terry and cotton flannel
