Returns Policy

At Cloth Nappies Down Under, we work hard to offer a wide range of nappies! If you have a fault or issue with your order please contact us at renee@clothnappiesdownunder.com.au with your order number. As per ACC guidelines, Cloth Nappies Down Under are not required by law to offer a refund or replacement for change of mind. 

For any change of mind returns contact us at  renee@clothnappiesdownunder.com.au, where we may offer a store credit minus delivery costs.
. Any change of mind returns must be returned in original, unwashed, unused condition with original packaging. All change of mind returns will be inspected prior to our team before a credit  being granted

If the return is due to fault by us, we will cover return postage cost to us.


If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.


Shipping

At Cloth Nappies Down Under, we ship to any address in Australia, We use Australia Post and Sendle as our method of delivery, All orders will be sent with tracking numbers.

When you place an order, we aim to ship your order as soon as we can, most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

For Orders Shipping within Australia

Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of

$10.95 for Standard shipping or

$15.95 for Express shipping




For International Shipping

Please note international customers are responsible for taxes and fees that maybe be charge by there countries rules.
