Refund policy

At Cloth Nappies Down Under, we work hard to offer a wide range of nappies! If you have a fault or issue with your order please contact us at renee@clothnappiesdownunder.com.au with your order number. As per ACC guidelines, Cloth Nappies Down Under are not required by law to offer a refund or replacement for change of mind. 

For any change of mind returns contact us at  renee@clothnappiesdownunder.com.au, where we may offer a store credit minus delivery costs.. Any change of mind returns must be returned in original, unwashed, unused condition with original packaging. All change of mind returns will be inspected prior to our team before a credit  being granted

If the return is due to fault by us, we will cover return postage cost to us.
